Do I need a specific type of roof rack?
We recommend professional-grade crossbars or a platform rack (like Rhino-Rack or Front Runner). Avoid "clamp-on" bars that only attach to decorative plastic rails, as they may not handle off-road vibrations.
Will the Overlander X tent fit my specific vehicle?
Our mounting systems are designed to be universal, but we recommend checking your vehicle's dynamic roof load rating and rack dimensions. Feel free to send us a photo of your setup for advice.
Can I collect my order in person?
Yes! You are welcome to collect your order from our Manchester distribution hub by appointment. As a bonus, we offer free professional fitting and £100 off any awning when you choose to collect your rooftop tent in person. It’s the best way to ensure your setup is dialled in and ready for the trail immediately.
What kind of warranty comes with Overlander X gear?
We stand by our builds. All our tents and awnings come with a standard 2 year warranty against manufacturing defects.
