Free mainland delivery
We offer free delivery to mainland Great Britain: England, Scotland and Wales, including the mainland Scottish Highlands.
Northern Ireland and offshore islands are outside this free-delivery offer. For these locations or international destinations, contact info@overlanderx.co.uk before ordering so we can confirm availability and provide a quote.
Delivery timeframe
Mainland orders are delivered within two weeks of ordering. This timeframe includes dispatch.
If an unexpected problem affects delivery, we will contact you promptly. Your legal rights concerning late delivery remain available.
Freight deliveries
Roof tents and awnings normally travel by freight or oversized courier, with kerbside delivery.
Please tell us about narrow roads, restricted access or other delivery difficulties when ordering. Arrange suitable assistance to move the goods safely from the delivery point.
Drivers are not normally required to carry goods indoors or fit them to a vehicle.
Delivery appointments and access
We will confirm any booked delivery arrangements. Please check your delivery address and ensure someone can receive the goods where required.
Any reasonable redelivery charge arising from a missed agreed appointment or incorrect details will be explained before redelivery. Charges will not apply for our or our carrier’s error.
Checking your delivery
Where practical, check the packaging on arrival, note visible damage with the driver and take photographs.
Contact info@overlanderx.co.uk promptly about damage, shortages or incorrect goods. Signing for delivery or discovering a problem after 48 hours does not remove your statutory rights.
Delivery responsibility
We remain your point of contact for delivery problems and will liaise with our carrier.
Transit risk normally remains with us until you, or someone you nominate, takes physical possession of the goods. Different legal rules can apply if you independently commission a carrier we did not offer.
Collection and fitting
Collection is by prior arrangement. We will confirm the collection location and appointment with you. Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before travelling.
Where free fitting is advertised with your purchase, arrange an appointment and provide your vehicle and roof-rack details in advance. We must be able to fit the product safely to a suitable vehicle and rack.
Online orders collected in person retain applicable online cancellation rights.
