These terms apply to purchases through overlanderx.co.uk and use of our website.
Orders and payment
Before ordering, please check the product description, dimensions, included equipment, delivery arrangements and total price.
Prices are in pounds sterling and include applicable taxes. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Any delivery charges outside our free mainland delivery offer are identified before payment.
We confirm your order by email. If a stock or fulfilment problem arises, we will contact you promptly to resolve it, including a refund where we cannot supply your order.
We will not substitute a different product or charge a different price without your agreement. If we identify a material pricing or listing error, we will contact you.
Vehicle compatibility and fitting
Contact us before ordering if you are unsure whether a product is suitable for your vehicle or roof rack.
Vehicle, rack and fixing limits must all accommodate the proposed load, including accessories. Follow the relevant vehicle, rack and product instructions.
Compatibility depends on the complete setup. A single roof-load figure is not a universal guarantee of suitability.
Any fitting we supply will be carried out with reasonable care and skill. Customer checks and product-use instructions do not exclude our responsibility for faulty products, incorrect advice or our own fitting work.
Delivery
We offer free delivery to mainland Great Britain within two weeks of ordering. Our Shipping Policy explains delivery areas, freight arrangements and collection.
Returns and warranty
Our Return and Refund Policy explains cancellation rights, returns, refunds and our two-year roof-tent and awning warranty.
We supply goods that meet your legal consumer rights. Any commercial warranty supplements those rights.
Website use
You must use our website lawfully and must not interfere with its security or operation.
Website text and images may not be reused commercially without the relevant owner’s permission.
Third-party websites linked from our store have their own terms and privacy policies.
Our responsibility
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
We remain responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill, subject to applicable law.
Complaints
Email info@overlanderx.co.uk with your order reference, details of the problem and the outcome you seek. We will investigate and respond.
Governing law
The laws of England and Wales apply. This does not remove mandatory protections or rights to use local courts available to consumers elsewhere in the UK.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for future orders. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing purchase.
